A little bit about ourselves
We are a friendly, reliable trustworthy family run business based in the centre of France department 36.
The business was started 20 years ago in the UK by my father Alex Baxter when I ( Paul Baxter ) finished my training I joined my father's business.
A Baxter & Son was a very successful business in the UK which was run by my father & myself. We were registered in the UK with the Federation of Master Builders for over 15 years.
I took over the full running of the business when my father retired and we moved to France.
We have now changed the business name to PJB Builders - PJB Generale de Batiment.
In June 2006 our family, my wife, two sons, father, mother and sister decided to move to France for a better way of life, which it is.
We sold our houses in England and moved to a beautiful part of central France.
