A little bit about ourselves

We are a friendly, reliable trustworthy family run business based in the centre of France department 36.

The business was started 20 years ago in the UK by my father Alex Baxter when I ( Paul Baxter ) finished my training I joined my father's business. A Baxter & Son was a very successful business in the UK which was run by my father & myself. I took over the full running of the business when my father retired and we moved to France.  We have now changed the business name to PJB Builders registered in England with the Federation of Master Builders and PJB Generale De Batiment in France.

The business has been registered with the Federation of Master Builders for the last 20 years. This also includes the European Federation of Master Builders.

In June 2006 our family,  my wife, two sons, father, mother and sister decided to move to France for a better way of life, which it is.  We sold our houses in England and moved to a beautiful part of central France. We have just finished renovating one of our properties which is now on the market, please see gallery.

We are an established,  registered,  insured building company.
